Public drunkenness

I am currently on the bus and there is a man who just cracked open a beer and is screaming 2 things. One is asking of anyone on the bus has seen David. And the other thing is that he is screaming is that there will be consequences if you spit on him, so keep your spit in your mouth. People are trying not to laugh, and no one is answering, because he is very inebriated. This is not the first time I have encountered this man either. He has definitely hit rock bottom.
